GUEST MANAGER 

Guest Relation - an employee, as a rule, an employee of the hotel, assisting hotel guests in all issues.

Often the Guest Service Agent and the Guest Relation Agent perform related duties and, in fact, do not differ much from each other. Perhaps their main difference is that the GSA’s duties are focused around informing guests, and the GRA’s duties are more focused on helping to resolve conflicts.

Requirements:
girls, 18-32 years old, pleasant appearance, conversational level of foreign languages, similar work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Communication with guests / Working with special requests and suggestions, as well as complaints from guests.
- Organization of tours of the hotel / Providing guests with full information about the hotel and services.
- Control over compliance with guest service standards.
- Providing information about complaints and suggestions of guests FrontofficeManager.
- Check guest rooms before arrival.
